Cannatella was born in 1979 in Louisiana and owes her beauty to her French and Italian ancestry. She is a typical small town girl, with plenty of southern charm and a spine of steel.
Trishelle faced tragedy when she was barely into her teens in the form of her mother's death caused by a brain tumor. At school, Cannatella was into athletics, but later pursued a degree in Broadcast Journalism at the University Of Southern Mississippi. Although she did not complete her degree, she scored a role on the hit reality series The Real World after which her career slowly took shape.
Over the next five years or so, Cannatella appeared on many episodes of the Real World including the popular Reunited: The Real World Las Vegas series.
Cannatella has also featured in other television shows like Kill Reality, Dr. Steve-O and Ashton Kutcher's Punk'd. She also appeared on the ever popular Fear Factor show along with Mike Mizanin, her ex-boyfriend Mike Mizanin. Cannatella went on to win the Fear Factor challenge and proved to the world that Fear was not a factor for her.
Cannatella is something of a daredevil and has also been involved in professional wrestling. She competed in Celebrity Championship Wrestling event managed by Hulk Hogan and earned herself the title "the Red Hot Redneck." Cannatella also dared to bare all when she agreed to pose nude for Playboy magazine and the Playboy Cyber Club and online entity, after which she secured a large male fan-club.
